You own full-cycle executive recruiting at Unimatch Lab: from the hiring-manager brief to the offer. The role covers up to 5 active vacancies at a time across engineering, product, ML/AI, design, analytics, marketing, sales and etc.
Most of the work is international sourcing: you find, screen, assess, and attract candidates. You run screening and interviews (hard and soft skills), motivation, and culture fit. You keep a clear funnel and share conversions, sources, and time-to-fill with hiring managers.
You work with hiring managers on priorities, profiles, and feedback. You also represent Unimatch Lab in professional communities and in direct conversations with candidates.
